CURRENT EXHIBITIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

Several digital prints of Elizabeth's quilts appear in the internationally traveling SunWorks show sponsored by NASA. The show is being exhibited at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral until June 12, after which it will travel to the Tampa Museum of Science and Industry. As the only Florida artist in the show, Elizabeth was interviewed by a reporter representing the newspaper Florida Today (WEBSITE). For more information about SunWorks, see the WEBSITE

On the opposite coast of Florida, two of Elizabeth's pieces will be on display and available for sale at the Florida Craftsmen Gallery located at 501 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, Florida WEBSITE in conjunction with the Convergence exhibit.

Two of Elizabeth's recent abstract pieces have been chosen for display at the New York Times sponsored show: "Abstracts, singular and plural" being held at Artful Gardens Gallery in Zephyrhills, Florida. The show is being held from Jan. 14 through Feb. 16 at the gallery's location of 38465 C.R. 54 East.  For further information see: WEBSITE

Also on the west coast of Florida is the exhibit: "The Passion of the Flower" being held at the Progress Energy Art Gallery in New Port Richey. Elizabeth will have two floral pieces in this show, including a more traditionally themed piece that has never been displayed before. The show will be held from Feb. 1 through March 29 at 6231 Grand Boulevard, New Port Richey. See: WEBSITE

"Confrontation in a Jungian Landscape" has been selected for inclusion in Orlando's premier Valentine's Day happening: Nude Nite--3 evenings of art, music, wine and  creative expression with works from more than 100 artists. The installation show will be held from Feb. 14-16 at 1013 East Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida. Elizabeth will be present on the opening night of Thurday, so come on by!
